T's & C's + Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth scheduling for everyone and to respect the time and preparation involved in each service, please review my updated cancellation policy.
1. Appointment Fee and Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Fee: All appointment fees are non-refundable. Once your booking is confirmed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time through the booking confirmation email. Please follow the instructions in the email to choose a new appointment time.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
1:1 Sessions (Online & In-Person)
24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may need the session time.
Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours): Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session time will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost, charged to the card on file.
No-shows: If you do not attend your session (online or in-person), the full session fee will be charged to the card on file.
First-Time Cancellations & Extenuating Circumstances:
If it’s your first late cancellation or an unavoidable situation arises, please contact me directly to discuss options.
Collective Group Events: 48-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel your spot in a group event, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for a refund.
Late Cancellations (Less than 48 hours): Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will incur a 50% fee, charged to the card on file.
No-shows: Failure to attend a group event will result in the full event fee being charged.
3. Sacred Women’s Circle Cancellation & Booking Policy:
Our Sacred Women’s Circle is an intentionally held space. Each booking secures your place in a small, intimate gathering where every seat matters. To honour the energy, preparation, and resources that go into creating these experiences, the following policy applies:
48 Hours Notice Required
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the circle are eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the circle are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.No Transfers to Future Circles
If you cancel your booking, your place cannot be moved to the next circle. You will need to rebook and pay if you wish to attend a future gathering.Gifting or On-Selling Your Place
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to gift or on-sell your spot to a friend. This ensures the seat remains filled and the energy of the circle is maintained.Event Cancellations by Facilitator
If, for any reason, I need to cancel a circle, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date.Future Circles
To ensure fairness and inclusivity, spaces for future circles will not be pre-held or pre-booked for any individual. Bookings open afresh for each event and are announced on the Energy Nirvana Facebook page and shared in Facebook & Instagram stories. Please keep an eye out for these announcements and secure your place through the provided booking links.Emergencies
I understand that life happens. If unforeseen circumstances arise, please reach out to me directly, and I will do my best to accommodate you.

By booking your place in the circle, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
4. Reiki Courses:
Non-Refundable Deposit
A $100 deposit is required to secure your place. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations (2 Weeks’ Notice)
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the course start date will receive a refund, minus the $100 deposit.
Late Cancellations (Less than 2 Weeks)
Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date will incur a fee of 50% of the total course cost.
No-Shows / Within 48 Hours
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start date or for non-attendance.
Gifting or Transferring Your Place
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to gift or transfer your booking to another person. This ensures the space remains filled and the energy of the group is maintained. Please notify me in advance with the new participant’s details.
5. Appointment Reminders
Confirmation Email: Upon booking, you will receive an email with the details of your appointment. Please review this information carefully.
Reminder Notifications: Reminder emails or messages may be sent as your appointment date approaches. These are a courtesy, and it remains your responsibility to remember your appointment. In these reminders, you also have the ability to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
6. Client Responsibility
Timeliness: Ensure you check the time and date of your appointment. Arrive on time or log in promptly for virtual sessions.
Preparation: For virtual sessions, ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet space. For in-person sessions, arrive prepared and ready to participate fully.
7. Service and Session Guidelines
Conduct: Respectful and courteous behavior is expected at all times. Inappropriate conduct will result in termination of the session without a refund.
Confidentiality: Your personal information and session details will remain private and secure.
6. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
Changes: I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or updated on my website.
Effectiveness: By booking, you agree to adhere to the terms in effect at the time of your session.
