About Me…

Training & Lineages…

I began working with energy in 2008, guided by a call I couldn’t ignore. What started as a curiosity became a lifelong devotion to the body, Spirit, and the unseen threads of healing.

In 2015, life led me into hospice as a nurse and family support officer. By then I had already been practicing energy healing for years, and those skills travelled with me into palliative care. Sitting with the dying and their families became one of my greatest teachers. It showed me presence, tenderness, and the sacredness of transition - lessons that still ripple through everything I offer today.

In 2021, due to my own health, I stepped away from hospice. That chapter, though complete, left me forever changed. It reminded me that our bodies, too, are sacred teachers, and that healing has nothing to do with fixing, and everything to do with remembering, remembering wholeness, presence, and the medicine that already lives within.

Now, my work is a weaving of both paths: the mystical and the practical, Spirit and the nervous system, ceremony and everyday life. Through shamanic healing, somatic energy work, Reiki, women’s circles, and more, I hold space for people to return to themselves, to the deep remembering that they are their own medicine.

I continue to deepen through my own practice, study, and communion with Spirit. What I share is always evolving, held with reverence for both the unseen and the very real human experience of healing.
