Reiki has always been a language of energy, touch, and intention. Distance does not dilute this medicine. In fact, for many, it allows the energy to travel more deeply, beyond the body and far into the quiet places that have long been waiting to be held. Whether you’re across the street or across the world ~ the energy will reach you.

Distant Reiki is a Reiki healing session performed remotely, without physical contact. It uses universal life-force energy (Rei-ki) to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance.

Reiki practiced at distance is just as effective as an in-person session ~ because energy is not limited by physical proximity or geography.

All that’s required is your intention, permission, and a willingness to receive.

This is a practice rooted in both traditional Reiki principles and modern energy understanding – and offered with reverence, presence, and trauma-aware care.

What Happens in a Session?…

1. We Connect – Before your session, we will connect over Zoom where to discuss your needs, your intention, your current energy, & anything you may be carrying. This may also happen through a form or a brief call or message depending on your preference.

2. You Receive – You don’t have to do anything ~ only allow.

3. I Send Reiki – From my healing space, I channel Reiki energy to you, working intuitively through your energy field, chakra system, and somatic layers.

4. Integration & Follow-Up – After the session, we connect again via zoom once more to share what was felt and noticed during your session. You may also receive simple guidance for integration, journaling, or nervous system support if needed.

Optional Add-On: Reiki Crystal Grid Activation

A Reiki crystal grid is a powerful way to amplify and sustain your healing long after the session ends. Grids are created with intentionally selected crystals, charged with Reiki energy, and programmed to support your intention.

You may choose to:

• Add a grid to your session for extended support

• Or book a standalone Reiki Crystal Grid Activation between sessions

Crystal grids can remain activated for up to 3–21 days depending on your intention.
