Distant Reiki healing is a remote Reiki session offered online, without physical contact. It works with universal life-force energy to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance. Because energy is not limited by location, a distant Reiki session is just as effective as in-person work.

All that’s required is your intention, permission, and a willingness to receive..

From my healing space, I channel Reiki energy to you, working intuitively through your energy field and somatic layers.

Integration & follow-up
After the session we reconnect to share what was felt and offer simple integration guidance if needed.

A Reiki crystal grid amplifies and sustains the healing after your session. Grids are created with selected crystals, charged with Reiki, and programmed to support your intention for 3–21 days.
