Energy Nirvana Healing ~ T's & C's + Cancellation Policy…

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offerings provided by Chrissie Butler – Energy Nirvana Healing, including:

1:1 sessions (in-person & online)
- Somatic Energy Healing (Spinal Energetics modality)
- Reiki
- Shamanic Healing
- Distance / Distant Reiki & energy sessions
- Sacred Body Reclamation
- Personal Munay-Ki rites / energetic transmissions
Sacred Women’s Circles
Group events & ceremonies (e.g. Earth Medicine, Online Group Energy Release, special gatherings)
Courses & trainings (e.g. Reiki Level 1 & 2, Munay-Ki Rite programs)

By booking any service, session, circle, event, course or program with Energy Nirvana, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. BOOKINGS, DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS…

Non-Refundable Fees
Unless otherwise stated, all session and event fees are non-refundable once your booking is confirmed and payment is processed.

Deposits
Some offerings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your place:

Shamanic Healing (in-person): includes a $100 non-refundable booking fee.
Reiki Courses (e.g. Level 1 & 2): require a $100 non-refundable deposit.
Munay-Ki Rites: require a $250 non-refundable deposit.
Other events or programs may also require a non-refundable deposit as stated on the booking page.

All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including change of mind.

Balances & Payment Plans

For services and events with a deposit, the remaining balance is due by the date specified at booking.
For Munay-Ki Rites, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the first session.
Payment plans may be available for some programs (e.g. Munay-Ki, courses). All instalments must be completed one week before the program begins.

If full payment is not received by the due date, your place may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

2. 1:1 SESSIONS ~ General Policy…

(applies to Somatic Energy Healing, Reiki, Distance Reiki/energy sessions, and other standard 1:1 healing sessions unless otherwise specified below)

Appointment Fee & Refund Policy

All 1:1 session fees are non-refundable once payment is processed.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time via your confirmation email or by contacting Chrissie directly.

Cancellations & No-Shows

24 hours’ notice required for cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice:
A fee of 50% of the session cost will be charged.
No-shows (online or in-person):
The full session fee will be charged.
First-time cancellations / extenuating circumstances:
Please contact Chrissie to discuss options. Compassion will be offered where possible.

Appointment Reminders

Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all details.
Reminder emails or messages may be sent as the date approaches, however it remains your responsibility to remember your appointment and arrive on time.

Client Responsibility & Timeliness

Virtual sessions: Please ensure a stable internet connection, a quiet private space, and any recommended items (e.g. headphones, blanket).
In-person sessions: Please arrive promptly and bring any recommended items (e.g. layered clothing, water, journal).

3. SOMATIC SPINAL ENERGETICS…

Somatic Energy Healing sessions (based on the Spinal Energetics modality) are held within the 1:1 session framework above.

In addition:

All experiences, sensations and content arising in the session are held in sacred confidentiality.
You may receive integration guidance via email within 48 hours with grounding practices and supportive resources.
All techniques, processes and meditations shared remain the intellectual property of Chrissie Butler, Energy Nirvana, and must not be recorded, replicated or taught without written consent.

4. REIKI HEALING (In-Person & Distance)…

Reiki healing sessions, both in-person and distant, follow the general 1:1 session policy (Section 2).

Additional notes:

You may receive a follow-up email within 48 hours with suggested grounding and integration practices.
All experiences shared within Reiki sessions are confidential and held in deep respect.
All meditations, processes and teachings remain the intellectual property of Chrissie Butler and may not be recorded or shared without consent.

5. SHAMANIC HEALING (In-Person & Distance)…

Shamanic Healing is a deep, ceremonial 1:1 session held within a dedicated 2-3 hour container.

Fees, Cancellations & Rescheduling

All Shamanic Healing session fees are non-refundable.
A $100 booking fee is retained in all circumstances once your session is confirmed.

48-Hour Notice Required

You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours prior using your confirmation email link or by contacting Chrissie directly.
Cancellations within 48 hours:
The $100 booking fee will be retained.
No-shows:
The full session fee will be charged.
First-time cancellations or extenuating circumstances may be considered at Chrissie’s discretion.

Session Duration Requirement

Shamanic Healing sessions require the full 2-3 hour container. If you arrive unable to stay for the full duration, the session will not proceed as planned and:

The $100 booking fee will be retained.
You are welcome to rebook when you can honour the full session time.

Preparation & Conduct

Please arrive on time, with any recommended items (water, journal, layers).
It is recommended to come with an open heart, light stomach, and grounded presence. Avoid alcohol, heavy meals, or intense stimulation beforehand.
You are welcome to bring optional ceremonial items for the altar (e.g. crystals, feathers, photos).
Shamanic Healing is a sacred space. Disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

Confidentiality, Integration & IP

Everything shared or experienced is strictly confidential and held in sacred trust.
Integration guidance may be provided via email within 72 hours. You are responsible for honouring what arises and seeking additional support if needed.
All processes, tools, and materials are the intellectual property of Chrissie Butler, Energy Nirvana Healing and are not to be recorded, taught, or distributed.

6. SACRED BODY RECLAMATION…

Sacred Body Reclamation is a deep, ceremonial 2-hour experience involving body-based ritual, potential nudity/partial nudity, and an optional photography component.

Fees & Cancellations

All Sacred Body Reclamation booking fees are non-refundable once confirmed.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice through your confirmation email or by contacting Chrissie.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours:
A 50% cancellation fee applies.
No-shows:
The full session fee is forfeited.
First-time emergencies or distress may be considered at Chrissie’s discretion.

Arrival & Timing

Sessions begin promptly at your scheduled time and run for 2 hours.
Late arrival may reduce your session time to honour following clients.

Sacred Space, Nudity & Consent

This work is intimate and embodied. Your consent, boundaries, and comfort are paramount.
You may choose the level of clothing or covering that feels right for you at all times.
You may pause, redirect, or decline any part of the process at any point.
All body-based practices are guided with reverence and within a sacred, professional container.

Photography

Photography is included in the session; images remain private unless you give explicit written consent for any use.
You may receive edited digital previews or selected images as a keepsake and may decline any sharing.

Privacy, Integration & Support

All words, experiences, and imagery are confidential and held in deep respect.
You may receive aftercare suggestions and are welcome to reach out in the days following for gentle support or resources.
You are responsible for your ongoing wellbeing and integration after the session.

7. SACRED WOMEN’S CIRCLES…

Sacred Women’s Circles are small, intimate gatherings where each seat is significant.

Cancellation Policy

48 hours’ notice required for cancellations.
Cancellations more than 48 hours prior: eligible for a refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours: non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Transfers & Future Circles

Bookings cannot be transferred to future circles. If you cancel, you will need to rebook for a future event.
You may gift or on-sell your spot to a friend; please provide their details prior to the circle.
Spaces for future circles are not pre-held or pre-booked. Bookings open afresh for each event and are announced via Energy Nirvana Healing social media.

Cancellations by Facilitator

If Chrissie needs to cancel a circle, you will receive either:

A full refund, or
The option to transfer your booking to another circle.

8. GROUP EVENTS & CEREMONIES…

(e.g. Earth Medicine, Online Group Energy Release, special gatherings)

Fees & Refunds

All group event fees are non-refundable once booked.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

72 hours’ notice required.
This allows time to re-open bookings and fill your place.
Cancellations with 72+ hours’ notice:
You may discuss the possibility of rolling your fee over to a future event (at Chrissie’s discretion).
Cancellations within 72 hours:
A fee of 50% of the event cost will be charged.
No-shows:
The full event fee will be charged.

Weather Contingency (for outdoor events)

In the case of heavy rain or severe weather, the event may be rescheduled.
Participants will be notified and bookings transferred to the new date.

Timeliness & Conduct

Please arrive on time and bring any recommended items (e.g. warm layers, water, journal).
Disrespectful or unsafe behaviour may result in immediate removal without refund.

Confidentiality, Integration & Intellectual Property

Experiences and stories shared in group spaces are confidential.
You may receive a follow-up email within 48 hours with integration resources.
All teachings, meditations, and processes are the intellectual property of Chrissie Butler and may not be recorded or shared without consent.

9. COURSES & TRAININGS – Reiki & other programs

Reiki Courses (e.g. Level 1 & 2)

Deposits & Fees

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.

Cancellations

14+ days before course start:
Refund of any paid amount minus the $100 deposit.
Within 14 days of course start:
A fee of 50% of the total course cost applies.
Within 48 hours of start date or no-show:
No refund is available.

Other courses and trainings will follow similar terms; specific details will be provided on the booking page.

10. MUNAY-KI RITES…

The Munay-Ki Rites are a ceremonial initiation sequence requiring your full presence, commitment, and energetic readiness.

Deposit & Payments

A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to your first session.
If payment is not received by this time, your place may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
Payment plans are available; all instalments must be completed one week before commencement.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

More than 14 days’ notice

Refunds are issued minus the non-refundable $250 deposit.

7–14 days’ notice

A 50% cancellation fee of the full program fee applies.
If you have paid less than this amount, your card on file may be charged to reach 50%.

Less than 7 days’ notice / No-shows

The full program fee is due and non-refundable.
No refunds or credits are issued for missed sessions or failure to complete the Rites once commenced.

Rescheduling

Any rescheduling must be arranged at least 7 days in advance.
Requests with less than 7 days’ notice are treated as cancellations and charged accordingly.

Non-Transferability

Munay-Ki bookings are not transferable to other rounds or dates.
Your booking applies only to the dates confirmed at the time of purchase.
Requests to move bookings are treated as cancellations and subject to the policy above.

Conduct, Safety & Readiness

Alcohol & Drug Policy

Participants must not attend Munay-Ki ceremonies or sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
Arriving intoxicated or impaired will result in removal from the program with no refund.

Respectful Behaviour

A safe, sacred and respectful environment is essential.
Disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful behaviour may result in immediate dismissal from the program with no refund.

Emotional & Energetic Readiness

The Rites may initiate deep emotional, spiritual, and energetic shifts.
By booking, you acknowledge that you are emotionally stable enough to participate and take full responsibility for your wellbeing, including seeking additional support if needed.

Confidentiality, Materials & Right to Refuse

All stories and experiences shared are confidential and sacred.
All manuals, teachings, transmissions and ceremonial processes are the intellectual and spiritual property of Chrissie Butler, Energy Nirvana Healing, and must not be copied, recorded, shared or taught without written consent.
Chrissie reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if:
1. A participant is not emotionally or mentally prepared
2. These terms are violated
3. Behaviour compromises the safety or integrity of the space
  No refunds will be provided in these circumstances.

11. SUBSTANCE & INTOXICATION POLICY (ALL OFFERINGS)…

For all sessions, circles, events, ceremonies, and programs:

You must not attend under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
If you arrive intoxicated or impaired, you may be refused entry or asked to leave, and no refund will be provided.

This does not apply to any clearly stated, facilitator-led ceremonial use of plant allies where explicitly part of a specific event.

12. CODE OF CONDUCT, CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY…

Respectful, courteous behaviour is expected at all times.
Inappropriate, abusive, or unsafe conduct may result in immediate termination of the session or removal from the event without refund.
All personal information, stories, and experiences shared in sessions, circles, courses and events are considered confidential and will not be disclosed, except where required by law.

13. INTEGRATION & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY…

Energy, somatic, shamanic and ceremonial work can bring about ongoing emotional, physical, mental and spiritual shifts.

Integration guidance may be offered (verbally or via email), but your healing journey remains your responsibility.
You are encouraged to rest, ground, and seek additional professional or therapeutic support as needed.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & RECORDING

All teachings, meditations, tools, processes, manuals and materials provided in any session, circle, course, or program are the intellectual property of Chrissie Butler, Energy Nirvana.

You agree that you will not:

Record audio or video (unless you have explicit written permission)
Copy, teach, or distribute any materials or processes without consent

15. DISCLAIMER & SCOPE OF PRACTICE…

Energy healing, Somatic Energy Healing (Spinal Energetics modality), Reiki, Shamanic Healing, Munay-Ki rites, Sacred Body Reclamation, circles and ceremonies are:

Complementary to, not a substitute for, medical or psychological treatment
Not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition

By booking, you acknowledge that:

You remain responsible for your own physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing
You will seek appropriate medical or psychological care where needed

16. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS & CONDITIONS…

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page and/or communicated via email where appropriate.
The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to your session or event.
