Payment is required within 24 hours of making your booking to secure your appointment.

Payment details will be provided with your booking information. If payment has not been received within 24 hours, your appointment may be released and made available for someone else to book.

If you make a booking less than 24 hours before the appointment time, payment is required immediately to secure the appointment.

Your appointment is not considered confirmed until payment has been received.

For online sessions, you are responsible for having a suitable private space, a stable internet connection and a device capable of connecting to Zoom.

Occasionally, technology doesn't cooperate. If a significant technical problem prevents the session from proceeding, we will determine whether the session can continue another way or needs to be rescheduled.

Technical difficulties outside either person's reasonable control will be handled fairly rather than automatically treated as a cancellation or no-show.

I understand that plans change.

You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, and your payment will be transferred to the new appointment.

Please use the rescheduling option provided with your booking confirmation or contact me if you need assistance.

Appointments cannot ordinarily be rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice and will instead be treated as a late cancellation.

If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, your payment can be transferred to another appointment or refunded.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, the following late-cancellation fee will be retained, with the remaining balance refunded:

• Integrative Energy Healing — $50

• Western Shamanic Healing — $100

These fees aren't intended as a punishment. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you and is no longer available for another client to book. With less than 24 hours' notice, I may not be able to offer that appointment to somebody else.

There is also preparation involved before your session. This is particularly significant for Western Shamanic Healing, where I set aside additional time before your appointment to prepare myself, the treatment space, ceremonial tools and other elements required for the work. This preparation begins before you arrive or your distance session takes place.

The retained fee recognises both the appointment time that has been reserved for you and the work and preparation already undertaken in readiness for your session.

If you don't attend your appointment and haven't contacted me to cancel or reschedule, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the full session fee will be retained.

When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for you. By the time your appointment begins, any preparation required for your session has also been completed and there is no opportunity for me to offer that time to another client.

For online appointments, you are responsible for joining your session at the scheduled time using the information provided with your booking. If you're experiencing technical difficulties or having trouble connecting, please contact me as soon as possible so I know what's happening.

If you arrive late to an in-person appointment or join an online appointment late, your session will still finish at the originally scheduled time.

This is because I may have other appointments or commitments following yours and need to maintain the time reserved for each client.

The full session fee still applies.

I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen.

If something outside your control prevents you from attending within the 24-hour cancellation period, please contact me as soon as possible.

Any exception to the late-cancellation or rescheduling policy will be considered individually and at my discretion, while still respecting your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

On occasion, illness, emergency or unforeseen circumstances may mean I need to change your appointment.

If I need to cancel, you will be offered the choice of transferring your payment to another available appointment or receiving a full refund.

I will give you as much notice as reasonably possible.

Cancellation and transfer conditions for circles, ceremonies and other group gatherings may differ from individual appointments because places are limited and costs may be committed in advance.

The specific cancellation and refund conditions for each event will be clearly stated when booking.

If I cancel an event, you will be offered a transfer to a rescheduled date or a refund.

Please do not attend an in-person, online session, circle, ceremony or group gathering under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

If I believe you are significantly impaired, I may decide that it isn't appropriate or safe to proceed with the session. If the session cannot proceed for this reason, it will be treated as a late cancellation and the applicable late-cancellation fee will be retained.

Some in-person sessions may involve light physical touch. Touch is never required and will only be used with your consent.

Consent is ongoing throughout the session. You can change your mind, ask me to stop, request hands-off work or decline any part of a session at any time.

You are also welcome to ask questions about anything you're unsure or uncomfortable about.

Energy healing, somatic practices, Western shamanic practices, sound and related services offered by Energy Nirvana Healing are complementary wellness practices.

They are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychological treatment or crisis intervention and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical or mental health conditions.

Some forms of energy and body-based work can bring emotions, sensations or memories to the surface. Please let me know about relevant health conditions, medications, sensitivities or other circumstances that may affect how we work together.

If you're experiencing an acute mental health crisis or require specialised medical or psychological care, appropriate professional support should take priority.

I reserve the right to postpone, modify or decline a session where I believe the work may not be appropriate for you at that time or falls outside my scope of practice.

Due living with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), all in-person appointments must be fragrance-free.

Please attend without perfume, cologne, essential oils, fragranced hair and body products, or strongly scented clothing and laundry products.

Fragrance exposure can trigger significant health reactions, not just in me, but in clients who have respiratory issues or might be undergoing chemotherapy. I may be unable to proceed with an appointment if fragranced products are present.

If this happens, I will generally offer a one-time reschedule without an additional fee.

If the fragrance-free requirement is repeatedly disregarded, or a client knowingly attends wearing fragranced products despite prior notification, the applicable late-cancellation fee may apply, where lawful and reasonable.

My priority is protecting my health and the health of my clients, while treating all clients fairly. Thank you for respecting this important requirement.

You are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information on your intake form and letting me know if anything significant changes before or during our work together.

You remain responsible for decisions regarding your own health and wellbeing and for seeking appropriately qualified medical, psychological or other professional care when required.

You're encouraged to communicate throughout your session if you need something changed, paused or stopped.

Information you share with me during individual sessions is treated confidentially and respectfully, subject to any legal obligations that may require disclosure.

In circles, ceremonies and other group spaces, participants are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.

Personal information collected through bookings and intake forms will be handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy.

From time to time, I may take photographs or video footage during 1:1 sessions, circles, ceremonies and group gatherings for use in Energy Nirvana Healing marketing, social media, website content and other promotional materials.

Being photographed or filmed is always optional.

You will be given the opportunity to consent through the relevant booking or intake form. Choosing not to consent will not affect your ability to participate in or receive the offering.

Where photography or filming is planned during a 1:1 session, I will also check with you before we begin. Consent is ongoing, and even if you have previously consented, you can change your mind before or during the session or event.

In group settings, I will make reasonable efforts to ensure anyone who has not consented is not identifiable in photographs or video footage. Please also be mindful when taking your own photographs or videos and do not photograph, film or share identifiable images of other participants without their permission.

Where consent has been provided, photographs or video may be used across Energy Nirvana Healing's website, social media, advertising and promotional materials.

Any original written materials, resources, recordings or other content provided by Energy Nirvana Healing remain the intellectual property of Energy Nirvana Healing unless otherwise stated.

They may not be reproduced, distributed, published, sold or used for commercial or teaching purposes without prior written permission.

These policies may be updated from time to time as my services and business practices evolve.

The policies in effect at the time you make your booking will apply to that booking.
