Terms & Conditions + Cancellation Policy

These Terms apply to all sessions, ceremonies, circles, events, courses and trainings offered by Chrissie Butler — Energy Nirvana Healing.
By booking any offering, you confirm you have read and agree to the following.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or overrides your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
1. Bookings & Payments
Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
Deposits are required for some group offerings only, where stated on the booking page. Deposits secure your place and are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Any remaining balance (where applicable) must be paid by the due date provided. If payment is not completed on time, your place may be cancelled.
Payment plans (where offered) must be completed before the start of the session, course, or program.
2. Session Cancellations (1:1 Work)
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 session (in-person or distance).
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee applies
No-shows: 100% of the session fee applies
If you arrive late, the session will still conclude at the scheduled end time.
First-time emergencies or unexpected circumstances may be considered with compassion at discretion.
3. Ceremonial & Extended Sessions
Ceremonial and extended sessions require preparation and dedicated scheduling.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule, unless otherwise stated on the booking page.
Late cancellations may result in forfeited deposits or session fees.
If you are unable to remain for the full session container, the session may be cancelled without refund.
4. Circles, Events & Group Gatherings
Group spaces are limited and each booking secures a place in the container.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel.
Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may gift your place to another person with prior notice so attendance details can be updated.
If an event is cancelled by the facilitator, you will be offered a transfer to a new date or a refund.
5. Courses & Trainings
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in courses and trainings. This deposit covers preparation, materials, and reserved space within the group container.
If you cancel more than 7 days prior to the course start date, any amounts paid beyond the deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel within 7 days of the course start date, the deposit will be claimed and no refunds will be issued.
Once a course or training has commenced, no refunds are available for missed days or incomplete participation.
You may gift or transfer your place to another person with prior notice.
6. Substance Policy
You must not attend any offering under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
Entry may be refused without refund if you arrive intoxicated or impaired. This protects the safety and integrity of the space.
7. Conduct & Safety
Respectful behaviour is required at all times.
Unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct may result in termination of services without refund.
Chrissie reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if safety, boundaries, or readiness are compromised.
8. Trauma-Aware Safety & Emotional Readiness
This work can be emotionally activating.
By booking, you acknowledge responsibility for your own wellbeing and emotional readiness to participate.
Energy, somatic and ceremonial practices are complementary wellness services and are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or crisis intervention.
If you are experiencing acute mental health distress, suicidal ideation, or psychiatric instability, professional medical or psychological care is recommended before participating.
Integration support may be offered, but it is not a substitute for licensed healthcare.
9. Confidentiality
All personal stories and experiences are held in strict confidentiality, except where required by law.
Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others in group spaces.
10. Integration & Personal Responsibility
Healing work can continue beyond the session or event.
You are responsible for seeking additional professional support where needed.
Rest, grounding, and integration are encouraged after sessions.
11. Intellectual Property
All teachings, manuals, meditations and processes remain the intellectual property of Energy Nirvana Healing.
Recording, copying, distributing, or teaching materials without written consent is not permitted.
12. Disclaimer
All offerings are complementary wellness practices.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition.
You remain responsible for your health and wellbeing and for seeking appropriate medical care when needed.
13. Modifications
These Terms may be updated at any time.
The version active at the time of booking applies.
